How to request a detailed professional review?

To request a professional review, email a PDF of your work to us at review@gitoon.com. As a title please put "Request review from Jerelyn Hanrahan." You can add specific questions or concerns that you would like the chosen curator to address. Once we confirm that the Master Curator is ready to accept your work for review, we will issue a PayPal invoice to you. At the end you will receive a PDF file with detailed review of your work.

Jerelyn Hanrahan, an artist and international curator supports a global dialogue within contemporary art practice. Her artistic and curatorial work has been interviewed on three occasions for the PS1 / Museum of Modern Art radio station, and on National Public Radio with Margo Adler, the BBC in New York and London, Telli –Bern in Switzerland, Air Canada in Toronto and on Havana T.V. in Cuba.

Favorable reviews of her work have been published in Sculpture Magazine, The New York Times, Newsday, neue bildende kunst, Time Out Magazine, the Village Voice, NYArts, the Brooklyn Rail, Tages Anzeiger, Kunst Bulletin, Art Observer, Roma, Italy.

Elected President of the Board of Trustees of the Sculptors Guild of New York. She quickly broadened their scope, visibility, and membership via exhibitions and social network. The Sculptors Guild is a non-profit organization supporting the careers of sculptors since 1938.

Jerelyn Hanrahan’s curatorial projects consist of Insite, an exhibition of 67 international sculptors, Governors Island, New York: Archival to Contemporary, a survey of 20th Century three dimensional works ranging from Louise Bourgeois, David Smith, to contemporary approaches to the third dimension exhibited at the Steinberg Museum of Art, New York. These are a few of my favorite things, an exhibition at The End, and a 6,000 square foot exhibition consisting of 16 contemporary artists. Trained as a painter, with a Masters in Computer Arts, her current studio practice, Atelier; Studio / Fine Arts located at 15 Gramercy Park, New York, focus’s on public sculpture, and gallery installations. Jerelyn Hanrahan is a Professor at St. Johns University, and continues to lecture, exhibit, and curate on an international spectrum.
